Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and accessories. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@rajrishi.in with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different item, please contact us at support@rajrishi.in with your order number and details of the exchange. We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
• Gift cards.
• Downloadable software products.
